Something about adding an extension so the doors would open a little further. Right now the doors open to my laundry closet. It can only get my detergent drawer on my washer open 1/2 way to add detergent. I think if the doors swang out a bit I could actually add detergent to the washer. Any ideas?
If you can move the rail that on top of the door frame out or away from the drawer, you might move it enough to make the drawer open all the way. There is also an adjust screw on top of sliding bracket that is inside the rail. You can move it toward the side..as long as when you open it it doesn’t rub against the wall.

I am looking for an all-inclusive resort in cuba for the family. I would like to be on the beach and have activities for a 10 year old.
i would recommend NH Krystal in Cayo Coco. I just went there wonder full. Just renovated. Lots of pools. Great restaurants and great kids club!
How do you make appointments to go to family counseling?

You can google it around your area or get your phone book and look for family/marriage therapists. You want to look for therapists who are MFT’s (Marriage and Family Therapists) rather than just an MD because they are specifically in that field. If you’re in school you can go to the counseling dept. and they can recommend people and they can provide you with phone numbers.

Go to that website and it’s a directory and you can find something in your area. Good luck!

Two of my family members (my younger brother and my dad) are sick with high temps and uncomfortable stomahcs. My mom and my other brother are not sick and neither am I. I am going somewhere for the weekend, and I really don’t want to get sick and have to miss it. I’ve been looking forward to it for quite a while.
What are some ways I can help to prevent getting sick? I know the obvious- washing hands constantly and using Clorox or other disinfecting wipes on light switches and door handles… But what are other ways to help me stay healthy? I know there’s no 100% effective way, but any tips you have I would be VERY grateful for!! Thanks for any help you can give!
make sure you take a multivitamin and get plenty of Vit. C.
Water is a good detox to the body….so drink up.
wearing a medical mask works too, but you may get some weird looks.. =o)

When I was recently having an ultrasound scan done of my bladder and kidneys, the doctor doing it took a little while looking at my bladder, a little while on my left kidney, then a long time on my right kidney. After looking at the right kidney for some time, he paused and asked whether i have any family history of problems with the kidney, I replied that someone may have had stones at some point but i’m not entirely sure, and he just went quiet which made me think he’s not talking about stones, then he continued looking at the kidney some more.
What kinds of kidney diseases are associated with family history?
Well kidney cancer does not have to be associated with family history. I am sure he would tell u if something was wrong. Good luck!!!

Hope y’all have some suggestions here. I’m battling IBS and have read in many places that my positive lactalase breath test may also indicate that I have a lactose digestive issue. I am willing to go on a lactose-free/lactose-limited diet but what do I do for my husband and 4-year-old son? Although technically my (picky eater) husband could probably use to be on the same diet as well — he suffers from terrible GERD — in all reality he probably will not give up his whole milk, cheese and sour cream. I can substitute soy or rice beverages in cooking I know, but really this is noticeable in all but a few recipes. Plus, I want to limit my own choices so that I can stay on track. But the fact is that I am still the cook in the family and must figure out a way to make it work without resorting to making different meals for each of us! Any ideas on how to make this less painless on everyone? Recipes or recipe resource ideas? Support? ![]()
You can find soy based cheese and milk products as well. For the sour cream, consider IMO which has no milk in it whatsoever. Its not half bad! And Breyers now makes a lactose free ice cream that’s supposed to be pretty good as well. You can find butter substitutes by looking in Trader Joes or Whole Foods for vegan products. And, if your husband insists on eating stuff he shouldn’t, then some Lactaid should be on hand!
