The highest price on ebay at the moment with a Michael Jackson cover is $24 but I don’t know which cover you have or any other details. There are several with Michal Jackson on them.

Does anyone have the recipe for Italian Breakfast Casserole that appeared in Family Circle magazine. I think it was in the December 2011 issue (picture of wreath on front). I saw it in a doctor’s waiting room and didn’t have time to copy it down. Thanks very much!

Here you go Sweetie!

"FAMILY CIRCLE’S" ITALIAN SAUSAGE
STRATA

1/2 lb. Italian sausage, sweet or hot
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped (1/2 c.)
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes, drained
1/2 loaf Italian bread
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated

1. Remove casing from sausage. Brown sausage in large skillet about 10 minutes, breaking it up with a wooden spoon as it browns. Stir in green pepper and onion. Cook another 5 minutes, add tomatoes, breaking up pieces. Cook 15 minutes to remove most of the liquid.
2. Slice bread; place half the slices in bottom of buttered 8 x 8 x 2 inch baking pan; spread with meat mixture. Top with remaining bread.

3. Beat eggs in medium bowl. Stir in milk and salt. Pour over bread. Sprinkle with cheese. Cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour or overnight.

4. Bake in moderate oven (325 degrees) for 1 hour or until puffed and golden. Remove to wire rack. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.

Thankyou Barrie H.

Hey you don’t need to go to that trouble, just go onto in index and read on there freebmd.org.uk

http://familytimeline.webs.com/apps/links/

I have put this link on as it has links to freebmd, freecen and freereg as well as rootchat a very active UK FH forum which will help you a great deal….and if you ask on there I am sure someone will photcopy the page and PM it to you

As far as Free Birth, Marriage,Death indexes (England/Wales) which is in the UK section….you need to play around as you can achieve lots of information, don’t put too much info in, look at using * so if you are looking for Frances and put hat is you will not get Fran or Frannie or Fanny so Fra* will get them all/……………………. put in several counties to search as borders have changed and Genuki is a good website to check this with, in fact freebmd direct you to genuki

This is the magazines website http://www.family-tree.co.uk/cgi-bin/mail.cgi?flavor=archive&id=20071031072534&list=ftm

I would also like that it offers relationship advice. I’ve read Redbook but was not satisfied with it I just found it to be really dry. Any suggestions? What do you like about the magazine?

Did Kraft Food and Family go out of print?

My friend LOVES her Kraft Food and family magazine. I had looked for it awhile ago and thought that it had gone to an "only online" magzine. Is this correct? But now I hope it’s back in print because I just spend $18.98 for two years on it and hope to goodness I didn’t buy access to the online version.

For a while, it was "online only".

Kraft use to put the publication out for free, however printing it cost money so they switched to online only. Then I guess they saw a way to make money so they are now charging if you want to receive a print copy.

However it is still available FREE online.

Would you agree or disagree and explain

I’m a guy and I am 16. I have an 18 year old sister who has posed nude since she does some amateur modeling. But i still don’t mind it; I still love her. Besides, I have seen her nude around the house many times, so yeah…

In the most recent issue of Family Circle magazine, there was a Peanut-Chip cookie recipe. If anyone has it, could they please post it here– just the ingredients. Thank you! :D

what month was the magazine? january or february 2011? is this is?

Peanut-Chip Cookies

1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup reduced-fat peanut butter
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
1/4 cup plus 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
1/4 cup fat-free milk
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup finely chopped peanuts

Heat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a medium-size bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

In a large bowl, beat peanut butter and butter on medium speed 2 minutes, until creamy. Add brown sugar and 1/4 cup of the granulated, and beat 2 minutes. Beat in milk, egg and
vanilla. Beat in dry ingredients until just combined. Stir in chips and nuts. Chill dough 15 minutes.

For each cookie, roll 2 teaspoons of dough into a ball and place on baking sheets 2 inches apart. With fork, flatten each ball into a 1 1/2-inch round, making a crosshatch pattern. Sprinkle a small amount of the remaining sugar over the top of each.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes, until lightly browned around edges. Let cool on sheets 1 minute. Transfer to rack; let cool.
