My friends wedding day is just around the corner and I must admit I left purchase her present until the last minute. She has this very annoying habit of changing her mind and the last minute in regards to what she would like. I love cooking like many people but haven’t had a lot of time recently to do so. I thought that if I invited a large group of people for a family/friends gathering it would make sure that I practiced my cooking. I enjoy being in the kitchen with the hussle and bussel and running out of time. Early this week I decided to practice the dish I wanted to do for our evening meal. I thought that I could perfect the dish if it needed it and if not it would be a great enjoyable dish for our evening dinner. I turned the cooker on and went on with my rushing around preparing the meal, once finished I put it in the oven. An hour later I went to check on my meal and realised it was still raw! To my horror the cooker had broken and I hadn’t realised. I needed a cooker asap for my gathering at the weekend, I started to get really concerned!
