LDS Baptism for Dead

Though it is not found in the Book of Mormon, the Latter-day Saints believe that they can get baptized in proxy in their temples and get dead non-Mormons in to Mormon heaven. No, I did not make this up! Jesus never taught this in the gospels either, but Mormons have their own Jesus so they can come up with whatever works for them. Never mind the facts, the end justifies the means. Apostle Paul wrote, “But though we, or an angel from heave, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.” (Gal. 1:8&9)

This video & commentary about Mormon temples and the doctrine of baptism for the dead includes some interesting info found in a Mormon Deseret bookstore, including Joel Osteen’s books http://dale-apologetica.blogspot.com/
